This blog is primarily dedicated to the book, Blogging Enron: The Enron Broadband Story, by Cara Ellison. However, that focus is actually quite broad because the book deals not only with the fascinating saga of Enron Broadband Services (EBS), but also with Enron in general, as well as such meaty topics as white collar crime, the American justice system, legal reform, the dot-com boom of the 1990s and its eventual bust, and many related topics.
For more information on the book and the author, as well as the publisher, Rumble Press, please check out the information on the Rumble Press website. The book was inspired by Cara Ellison's popular blog, Enron Online: The Enron Blog. There will be lots of cross-posting between that blog and this one, as well as a number of social media sites, so we hope you will read and enjoy them all.
Many of the posts on this blog will be authored by Cara Ellison herself. In addition, we will publish posts from various guest bloggers who were associated with the Enron Broadband business or legal events. We also encourage you, the readers of this blog, to submit posts for publishing here (in addition to your comments, of course). Please submit your posts and post ideas to email@example.com. We will review your submissions and respond to you promptly. And you can be sure that we will highlight your name (unless you request otherwise), so that your contribution is credited appropriately.
We like comments, questions, and feedback. We encourage robust, thoughtful discussions. Many of the topics on this blog are meaty and significant, so please share your thoughts with the other readers.
Thank you for reading this blog. This is going to be fun!
